Refunds Policy

We understand that some cancellations are to be expected, so for your peace of mind here is our cancellation policy for ‘ordinary nights’. If you need to cancel your booking:

  • More than one week before your booking date – we will refund you 100% of what you paid minus a £5 admin fee.
  • Less than a week, but more than 48 hours before your booking  – we will refund you 50% of your table price minus a £5 admin fee. You will not be refunded for any food payments.
  • Within 48 hours of your booking – unfortunately any payments would be non-refundable.

Subject to availability, you can transfer your booking to a different date as long as we have a minimum of 48 hours notice. You will still be subject to a £5 admin fee in this instance.

Please be aware that, in the event of insufficient tickets being sold, or bookings being cancelled and numbers dropping below our minimum required; we may have to cancel bookings. In this unlikely event, we will offer a full refund.
